What’s Special About the Stainless Steel Link Chains?
Mizumoto’s stainless steel link chains are completely welded using their unique method, ensuring high tensile strength and safety. The blackened area on a cut link shows the welding penetration, which prevents breakage and reduces accident risk. Though similar in appearance, chains with shallow welds lack the strength and safety of completely welded links.
Mizomoto is confident in the safety of its stainless steel link chains. When too much load is applied to the chain, the links transform considerable before breaking.
Inspection Certificate and Material Certificate (Mill Cert.) can be provided along with the goods according to customer’s request. Tensile strength testers with capacities of 50kN and 300kN have been installed, enabling in-house tensile strength testing for loads of up to 30 tons.
